Dissappointments and Aggravation
I need to seriously start approaching this new lifestyle in a new way. How did it take me this long to realize this? I should have realized this right off the bat. I have been over feeding and stuffing my face to compensate for my menial life events as of late. My stomach has stretched, and I can’t keep over feeding myself on healthy food as well! It’s not gonna change much, and I really need to set out timetables for when I should be eating my meals.
This is the part I always hate, this is where it gets tricky. I’m going to eventually start planning meals with these time tables. I am not only going to plan on the times I should be eating but how many calories I should be eating.
